Project: Let's Talk

Because every patient deserves to be heard.

We believe communication is one of the most powerful tools in healthcare. Through patient storytelling, research, advocacy, and innovation, we help individuals speak up, be understood, and drive meaningful change in healthcare and policy.

The Issue:

Conditions like autoimmune disorders, POTS, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, lupus, and fibromyalgia are often slow to recognize, with patients facing years of symptoms before diagnosis.

During this time, patients often experience repeated “normal” test results, misdiagnoses, long specialist wait times, and fragmented care across multiple providers.

Even after diagnosis, patients are frequently left to navigate complex systems and manage their own care without clear guidance or support.

Let’s Talk exists to address this gap by building educational tools and AI-powered resources that help patients understand symptoms, organize their health information, and navigate healthcare with more clarity and support.

6/10 adults in the U.S live with a chronic illness

4/10 have two or more chronic illnesses

For rare diseases, diagnosis can take an average of 4–8 years.
